What type of training?.. well, pretty much anything really as I taylor the training to my clients needs. This could be Weight Lifting, Cardio Training, Nordic Walking, Hiking, Flexibility or a mixture of these. Free basic nutritional advice regardless of the type of training you use.
Often for many it can be as much about the comitment & to be pushed in a safe & controlled way regardless of the preferred type of exercise.
